The trade journal GuG (Grundstücksmarkt und Grundstückswert) has published a specialist article by Ronny Kazyska on the valuation of skyscrapers in Germany in its current issue 6/2022. Previously, the specialist magazine “Der Immobilienbewerter” had presented the contents of Ronny Kazyska’s new specialist book entitled “Die Wertermittlung von Wolkenkratzern in internationalen Märkten”. The specialist article in the current issue of GuG 6/2022 focuses in detail on the German market and contains content that is not part of the book on the international valuation of skyscrapers.
