Ronny Kazyska was interviewed by Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on skyscrapers, high-rise buildings and urban densification in German metropolitan areas. The interview focused on land scarcity in major German cities and the role of very tall buildings in sustainable urban development.<\/p>\n

In the interview, Ronny Kazyska explained why Frankfurt am Main holds a special position in Germany and which conditions need to be met for high-rise buildings to be viable from an urban planning, economic, and functional perspective.<\/p>\n

He classified skyscrapers as a distinct property type that can contribute to the efficient use of scarce inner-city land when planned appropriately.
