The decisive factor is whether a property or project meets the requirements of capital. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"711\">Rents must be sustainable.<br data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"554\"\/>Costs must remain realistic.<br data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"591\"\/>Risks must be properly priced in.<br data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"639\"\/>Financing must be viable.<br data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"679\"\/>The exit must remain plausible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"790\">Capital does not follow every story.<br data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"753\"\/>Capital follows resilient fundamentals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"977\">A property does not become investable merely because money is generally available in the market. It becomes investable when income, risk, price, location, condition and demand align. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1218\">This selection is particularly visible in investment properties.
