If this connection is missing, even a fundamentally good property can be difficult to place.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"610\">Timing is therefore not a matter of chance.<br data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"570\" \/>Timing is a matter of market assessment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"731\">A seller can enter the market too early.<br data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"655\" \/>Demand or the necessary clarity regarding the property may still be missing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"858\">A seller can enter the market too late.<br data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"775\" \/>Financing costs, yield requirements or buyer expectations may already have changed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"1037\">The same applies to investors.<br data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"893\" \/>A favourable impression is not enough. The decisive question is whether price, risk, income and perspective fit the relevant market environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1113\">The market moves constantly.<br data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1070\" \/>It opens and closes windows of opportunity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1281\">These windows are not permanently available.
